We received a small operational snapshot from an agency about voivodeship-office queues in July 2026 and added it to the wait-time map as community-style timeline signals. This is not official UdSC statistics and it is not a guaranteed timeline, but these observations are useful because they show which submission cohorts are currently being called for fingerprints or receiving decisions.
How we converted it
The snapshot used wording like “the office is now calling people who applied in this month” or “decisions are being issued for applications from this range”. We did not create a separate public source block or expose source-specific counts. Instead, we converted each observation into an approximate timeline point: the midpoint of the submission range and the snapshot date as the fingerprint or decision moment.
What changed by city
- Warsaw / Masovian: older cases are being called from roughly December 2025 — January 2026; decisions are reaching applications from about April — October 2025. The snapshot did not yet show MOS 2.0 summonses.
- Gdańsk / Pomeranian: old files still include very early 2024 submissions for fingerprints; ordinary-card decisions are moving through submissions from February — September 2024.
- Kraków / Lesser Poland: older files show decisions for autumn 2025 applications; after the MOS 2.0 rollout, fingerprint summonses can arrive in about one month.
- Łódź / Łódź: MOS 2.0 summonses look very fast in this snapshot, around 7–14 days; older files are catching up to July — August 2025 submissions.
- Wrocław / Lower Silesian: older files are calling February 2026 submissions; newer MOS files point to about two months until fingerprints.
- Poznań / Greater Poland: the rough submission-to-fingerprints signal is about 5–6 months.
- Białystok / Podlaskie: fingerprints for older files reached July 2025 submissions; decisions are reaching about February — April 2025 applications.
- Gorzów Wielkopolski / Lubusz: older April 2026 submissions are already reaching fingerprints; MOS 2.0 summonses are expected for May — June 2026 submissions.
How to read this
This snapshot does not replace official deadlines and it does not mean your case will follow exactly the same path. It helps with the live queue: if an office is now calling the month you applied, that is more actionable than a generic “wait for a summons”.
We will keep blending external operational signals with user reports and official annual workload, without publishing small raw sample counts. The map’s job stays simple: give people a realistic wait-time anchor for their own voivodeship.
