Terms of service

Service provider
legalizacja.app (KartaPobytuGTP) is operated by Clean Whale Sp. z o.o., ul. Opaczewska 42, 02-372 Warszawa, Poland. Contact: ivan.shyla@cleanwhale.pl.
What the service is — and is not
The service is an informational tool: it helps you understand Polish legalization procedures, prepare a document checklist and track your case. IT IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE. The service is not a law firm, does not handle cases and does not represent users before authorities. We are not a government body and have no affiliation with one. Information is indicative — laws and office practice change; verify with the source (urząd, gov.pl) or a qualified lawyer before acting.
AI assistant
Chat replies are generated by an AI model from the service’s knowledge base. AI can be wrong. Replies are not legal advice and guarantee no procedural outcome. Map timelines are statistical estimates (starter data + anonymous user reports) — not official office data and no guarantee of processing time.
Account and use
The basic situation assessment and part of the information are free. Case Pass is a paid digital service: for the one-time price and period clearly shown before purchase, it unlocks document checks, generators, saved results and the full case tools. Case Pass does not renew automatically. You agree to provide truthful information, not to abuse the service (request limits), and not to submit unlawful content. Map timeline reports should reflect real cases.
Payment and withdrawal
Stripe processes payment. Before purchase you see the total price, access period, and that this is not a subscription. Access starts after payment confirmation if you expressly request performance before the withdrawal period ends. We send confirmation of the purchase, that request, and the applicable terms version to your verified e-mail address.
A consumer may withdraw from an online contract within 14 days without giving a reason by sending an unambiguous statement to ivan.shyla@cleanwhale.pl. If performance began earlier at your express request, on withdrawal we may account proportionally for the service supplied before receiving the statement; the remaining refundable amount is returned by the same payment method within the period required by law. This does not limit rights where the digital service does not conform to the contract.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for consequences of decisions made based on the service, including outcomes of administrative proceedings, office timelines or downtime. This does not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.
Final provisions
Polish law applies. These terms may change — material changes will be announced in the service. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. Complaints and questions: ivan.shyla@cleanwhale.pl.
